The cable measuring amplifier IFFDM6K is connected to the strain gauge sensor or the evaluation unit via a 5-pin M12 plug/socket. The amplifier is ideal for all strain gauge based sensors (force, pressure, torque or strain sensors). Using TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet), the measuring amplifier scales the output signal to the final value of the set output signal. The outputs 0-10V or +/-10V or 0-5V or +/-5V or 4-20mA or 0-20mA can be configured via the “Tara” and “Scale” control lines. The offset or the sampling frequency can also be adjusted.
The miniature circuit board measuring amplifier IFFDM6L combines the same properties as the cable measurement amplifier IFFDM6K only in significantly smaller dimensions. This makes it ideal for integration into sensors or other housings.
PLUG and PLAY also possible with your existing sensors! We would be happy to provide you with a programmed TEDS*** chip for your sensor, so please contact us. This eliminates the need to adjust the amplifier.

The device automatically reads the TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet -> electronic data sheet in the sensor) built into the sensor and adopts all settings. Interface TEDS versions comply with IEEE1451.4, Template 33 (30 for sensors with amplifier)
