The 8-channel measuring amplifier IFFBX8 is characterized by particularly high resolution at data frequencies from 1 Hz to 48000 Hz. The 8 channels are recorded simultaneously (without multiplexing). USB ports and optionally EtherCAT or CANbus are available as communication interfaces. The device has 8 configurable analog outputs (including ±10V and 4…20mA). A UART interface is used to control the measuring amplifier via a Raspberry PI.
There are 8 analog inputs available. They can be individually configured as: – DMS input for full bridges in 4 and 6-wire technology or – DMS input for half bridges or – DMS input for quarter bridges 120 Ohm, 350 Ohm, 1kOhm or – Single-ended input ± 10V or – Input for PT1000 Temperature sensor.
- BlueDAQ software
The universally applicable and free BlueDAQ software offers the option of parameterization and, in particular, perfectly integrates the calibration matrix of every IFF6A multi-component transducer. In addition to the standard functions (determination of the unit and scaling factor with decimal place), extensive calculations including FFT analysis can also be carried out. Of course, complete setups and processes (sessions) can be saved.
