Axial+torsion combination model 1216
Characteristics
- mechanical bending moment compensation
- metric connection thread aA
- fatigue rated design
- low crosstalk
Based on the shear web or shear stress measurement principle, the 1216 series offers the possibility of simultaneously measuring static and dynamic axial forces (Fz) in the tensile and compressive directions as well as reaction-torsion moments (Mz). Thanks to their high rigidity (small measuring path) and natural frequency, the rotationally symmetrical, low-profile, flat-profile force transducers are impressive in numerous servo-hydraulic axial/torsion fatigue testing systems, e.g. B. in the automotive and aircraft industries. A special mechanical balancing process minimizes crosstalk from parasitic loads.
Other measuring ranges are a. A. or in other geometries possible at any time. Of course, we also supply the multi-component transducers for Fz and Mz with metric connection threads. Please request a CAD drawing at info@interfaceforce.de.
