Calibration force transducer

Interfaceforce can rely on over 50 years of expertise in calibration force transducers and therefore has the experience to produce a range of products that are perfectly equipped to meet various requirements. The Gold Standard Series 1600 (tension and compression / 1601 – compression only) was developed specifically for calibration applications.

Calibration force sensor or reference force sensor for compressive forces up to 445kN

Based on the shear web or shear stress measuring principle, the 1600 and 1601 series of calibration force transducers with installed calibration adapters offer particularly small linearity errors and hysteresis errors and are therefore suitable, for example, for calibration tasks or testing applications in industry and research with particularly high requirements. The Gold Standard series of calibration force transducers corresponds to at least Class 05 according to ISO-376 (optionally Class 00) and is often used for machine calibrations according to ISO-7500-1. A special mechanical balancing process minimizes crosstalk of bending moments and/or off-center loads.

For even higher demands, e.g. as a transfer standard, we offer you the Platinum Series 1800 calibration force transducer. The specifications for calibration force transducers of the interface Platinum series 1800 correspond to at least class 00 of ISO376*** and are used in numerous national metrology institutes or calibration laboratories. In order to actually meet the highest demands for precision force measurements, the measuring spring is manufactured directly from one part with the calibration adapter and 16 selected strain gauges from our own production are used.
These are very application-specific configurations in the wide range of our standard products for calibration force transducers that we can offer you.
