Interface expands its Product catalogue We are continuously expanding our range of new sensors and measuring devices. A new digitizer solution has been introduced, which can be used as a standalone device or directly attached to our popular low-profile "blue" load cell. Additionally, we offer a next-generation wireless handheld device, a new amplifier, and a stainless steel bending beam load cell including mounting hardware.
The latest additions to the Complete SystemsThe series of interfaces consists of three Weighing systems, which are calibrated at the system level to simplify commissioning – all components are interchangeable with similar devices.

NEW: ILCB IN-LINE LOAD CELL DIGITIZER
The specialized Interface ILCB In-Line Load Cell Digitizer This device converts an analog load cell with mV/V output into a digital device and can also be integrated into existing load cells. It offers easy computer configuration via a micro-USB port, a status LED for communication, and compatibility with the free "Instrument Manager" PC software. The device can be wired or integrally mounted to the load cell housing via a standard 1/4" GAS connection; specific thread modifications are available upon request. Depending on the model, the following connection options are available: PLC connection via analog output or fieldbuses, PC/PLC connection via RS485 (up to 99 devices with line amplifiers, up to 32 without), and integrated TCP/IP web application software in combination with the Ethernet TCP/IP version for remote monitoring, management, and control of the device.

NEW: 1200 AND 1201 LOW PROFILE LOAD CELLS WITH LOAD CELL DIGITIZER
The 1200 and 1201 series – Universal and pressure-only load cells with load cell digitizer Interface's most popular load cells now feature a new integrated digitizer. The Interface models 1200 and 1201, available in universal and pressure versions respectively, with measuring ranges from 300 lbf to 100 K lbf (2 kN to 445 kN), are flat sensors with an integrally mounted and wired digitizer within the load cell housing. This enables a direct fieldbus connection to PLC systems from leading international manufacturers. The device can be configured and managed via the micro-USB port using the free "Instrument Manager" software. It features a status LED for the communication interface and comes with three M12 connectors.

NEW: WTS-HK-S NEXT GENERATION CORDLESS HANDHELD DEVICE
The WTS-HK-S Next Generation Cordless Handheld Device The WTS-HK-S is a portable digital handheld display unit. Operating in roaming mode, the WTS-HK-S automatically detects and displays data from up to twelve nearby WTS transmitters within a radius of up to 800 m (2.600 ft). For more demanding applications, up to twelve specific inputs can be defined with individual settings such as calibrated units and overload warnings. Configuration can be performed directly via the handheld menu; complete setup, as well as saving and loading configurations, is possible using the free WTS Toolkit software. The license-free 2,4 GHz DSSS radio module provides reliable, interference-resistant communication with FCC, ETSI, and IC approvals.

NEW: BX3-M12-CAN 3-CHANNEL CAN BUS AND USB Strain Gauge Amplifier
The BX3-M12-CAN 3-channel CAN bus and USB strain gauge amplifier This is a three-channel measuring device for strain gauge sensors, equipped with a CAN interface and a USB port. Sensors – including interface load cells and multi-axis sensors – with full-bridge strain gauges are connected via the 5-pin M12 sockets on the front panel. An M12 socket and a plug on the rear panel are used for connection to the CAN bus line. The amplifier is powered with 10 V DC to 28 V DC via the CAN bus line. Alternatively, it can be operated with 5 V DC via the USB interface. Data can be acquired via the integrated USB port or via the CAN bus using the BlueDAQ software. BlueDAQ enables the reading, recording, and visualization of measurement data via the CAN bus with a PCAN-to-USB converter.

The IBBL stainless steel bending beam load cell Available in measuring ranges from 22 lbf to 1,1 K lbf (10 kg to 500 kg), these bending beam load cells are manufactured entirely from stainless steel and are fully welded, ensuring a high level of environmental protection and hermetic sealing up to IP68. This design makes them particularly suitable for harsh weighing environments, including applications requiring frequent cleaning with water.

NEW: IBBL-MOUNT WEIGHING BODY
The IBBL-MOUNT weighing platform It is designed to prevent unwanted forces caused by thermal expansion of the container, which could impair the performance of the IBBL stainless steel bending beam load cell. It incorporates several features for high installation accuracy, with display resolutions down to 100 g. An integrated lifting device allows for load cell replacement with minimal stroke. Simultaneously, built-in safety features prevent the container from lifting off the load cell and protect the sensor with overload stops. Ideally suited for container weighing, scales, conveyor systems, tensile testing machines, and general machinery. Note: The setup does not include the IBBL sensor, which is sold separately.

The A4200 WeighCheck load cells and 1280 Programmable Weight Indicators and Controllers Together, they form a complete, reliable weighing and control system. The load cells are installed under tanks, silos, or platforms to precisely detect applied loads and convert them into electrical signals. These signals are transmitted to the 1280 indicator, which conditions, processes, and displays the weight data in real time. The 1280 also offers programmable control functions such as switching points, batch processing, and system integration, thus transforming raw measurements into usable process control. WSSCLC Stainless Steel Flat Profile Compression Load Cells and 480 Bidirectional Weight Indicator – Weighing System
The WSSCLC Stainless Steel Flat Design Compression Load Cells They function as primary sensors and convert applied pressure forces into precise electrical signals. These load cells are operated by the WSSCLC MOUNT Weighbridge Bodies It supports features that ensure secure mechanical alignment, temperature compensation, and protection against lateral loads for consistent, repeatable measurements. The output signals of multiple load cells are connected to the JB104SS 4-channel stainless steel junction box routed to a point where the signals are combined and calibrated to a single output. The consolidated signal is then taken from 480 bidirectional weight indicators processed and displayed, providing clear real-time weight or force data for industrial use.
