When measuring torque, a division is made into a 'pure' torque or a torque with superimposed bending moments or transverse forces. Furthermore, a distinction must be made between static (quasi-constant torques with and without rotation) and dynamic (quickly changing) torques.
We offer torque transducers and torque sensors for not rotating and rotating torques in a wide variety of measuring ranges, with high torsional rigidity, x-fold overload protection or as a special version (combinations) for force measurement technology and torque measurement technology (without rotation), also called tension & torsion. As standard, each torque sensor delivers an analogue, non-amplified strain gauge bridge output signal in mV/V, optionally also with an internal measuring amplifier up to a digital signal, e.g. via USB interface. The digital rotation measuring flange model AxialTQ rounds off the range; inexpensive OEM versions are available in many versions upon request.
